The Ladies of the Immaculata was formed in support of our Knights of Columbus Council 1819. Our main objective is to promote the spiritual and social welfare of the Knights and to support them in their activities. Other goals are to enhance spiritual growth among our members, engage in charitable and spiritual endeavors, and to foster faith, friendship and service in our community.
Immaculata is a title of the Virgin Mary pointing to the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception. The Catholic Church knows Mary to be sinless, “full of grace,” and “blessed among women” (Lk. 1:28). St. Maximilian Kolbe was a Knight of the Immaculata who promoted Consecration to Mary. We as Ladies of the Immaculata have Mary as our model. We pray we will grow to be as Mary was in her service and support of Jesus as we work in service and support of our Knights and our community.
The Ladies of the Immaculata is open to any wife, mother, daughter, sister, or widow of a current or deceased member of the Knights in good standing. Also, any Catholic woman in good standing in the Church is welcome. Members must be at least 18 years of age. If you would like more information, please contact us through the Ministries List on the website or through the Annunciation Church Office.
